How long does it take to reach Phnom Penh International Airport ?
It takes 45 minutes by taxi, but we recommend allowing at least 1.30 hour as traffic can be heavy.
Is the hotel open all year round ?
Yes, we are open all year round.
How far is the hotel from the city center and main tourist attractions ?
The Hotel is already in the city center, in 5 minutes walk you are at the royal palace.
Do you offer a shuttle or taxi service from the airport ?
Yes, we can arrange your transfer from the airport to our hotel. It’s a convenient way to avoid the expensive taxis often found at the airport.

Are the rooms air-conditioned ?
Yes, there is self-service air conditioning in all rooms.
Is housekeeping done daily ?
To respect your privacy, housekeeping is not automatically provided every day. If you would like your room to be cleaned during your stay, simply let our reception team know, and we will be happy to arrange it for you.
Do the rooms have a balcony or a specific view ?
It depends on the room type. Some rooms do not have windows, while others offer a view of the “Veal Preah Meru Square” and the “Royal Palace” located just in front of the hotel
Is tap water safe to drink ?
No, tap water in Phnom Penh, like everywhere in Cambodia is not considered safe to drink.

No, we do not provide laundry services on-site. However, there is a laundry service located less than 30 meters from the hotel, making it quick and convenient for our guests.

Yes, there is a restaurant and bar located on the ground floor of the hotel, offering both food and drinks throughout the day.
Are pets allowed ?
Yes, pets are allowed. We kindly ask guests to inform the reception in advance so we can ensure a comfortable stay for everyone.

We recommend visiting the Royal Palace and Silver Pagoda, Wat Phnom, the Tuol Sleng Museum, and the Killing Fields, which are located outside the city. You can also explore the Central Market, enjoy the riverside along Sisowath Quay, or take a sunset boat trip on the river.

Yes, we offer booking services for buses and boats to all destinations in Cambodia, and even some locations in Vietnam.
What is the best time to visit Cambodia ?
The best time to visit Cambodia is during the dry season, from November to April, when the weather is cooler and more comfortable for exploring the contry.
Do you offer local Cambodian dishes ?
Yes, our menu features typical Cambodian dishes as well as a variety of popular Asian specialties.

Does the hotel accept USD ?
Yes, we accept USD as well as Cambodian Riels.
What are the check-in and check-out times ?
Check-in is available from 2:00 PM, and check-out is at 12:00 PM.
What is your cancellation policy ?
We offer a grace period with no cancellation fee for bookings cancelled within 24 hours of booking. Cancellations due to medical issues or a death within the family are free of charge with valid proof; without proof, guests may request a fee waiver, which will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Flight cancellations or delays are not accepted as valid reasons for waiving cancellation fees, and standard charges will apply in these cases.
What payment methods are accepted (credit card, cash, etc.) ?
Yes, we accept cash and all types of credit and debit cards.
Can bookings be made directly on your website ?
Yes, bookings can be made directly through the form on our Book page. Our team will then confirm room availability with you. To secure the reservation, a payment of at least one night may be required.
